There are many advantages to joining
our network!
EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: Our Cooperative is an excellent opportunity for members to participate in classes that may be impractical if not impossible to teach at home, such as Band, Choir and Speech, making the Cooperative the perfect place to fill your child's educational gaps.
SUPPORT: Our Support Group is available to support and encourage the entire family as they faithfully home educate. As a family oriented network we feel our ministry should not only support the parent but the entire family including the children.
NEWSLETTERS: We publish a newsletter twelve months out of the year to assist, challenge, encourage and inform our members as they educate their children.
WEBSITE ADVANTAGES: Members gain access to our "secure" member-only forum which provides a central location for information and activities happening in our area that are of interest to homeschoolers.
WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS & CEREMONIES: We coordinate Graduation Ceremonies, Transcript Assistance Courses, High School Planning Workshops, "How to" Homeschool Seminars and more for those needing assistance.
CURRICULUM: Members have free access to the WNHEN Curriculum Library, along with the opportunity to participate in the annual Curriculum Sale and the option to post classified ads to our forums whenever they see fit.
HSLDA MEMBER DISCOUNT: As a member of WNHEN you are able to take advantage of HSLDA services at a discount price.

Interested in joining the Western Nebraska Home Educators Network? We would love to have you.
Dues are assessed to cover the costs of operation, maintenance and improvements of the network. Dues cover a twelve-month period starting June 1 and ending May 31. Network membership dues are $25.00 yearly. Everyone interested in being a part of the Network shall pay the yearly dues.
Once you are ready to join, simply print off a Membership Form and send it to the address on the form with the dues. Adobe Reader is needed to open files on this site. If you do not have Adobe Reader go to www.adobe.com and click on the get Adobe Reader link. This is a free download for your computer.

Worried about making a time commitment to our Network? The amount of time you give to the network is totally up to you and your family. It is true that our members run the Western Nebraska Home Educators Network and without parent participation we would not exist. It is parents, just like yourself, who want to get together with other homeschooling families and share activities that makes WNHEN what it is. What we have found is that the more time you and your family put into our network the more you and your family take away from it. It is our prayer that you will spend enough time with us to meet your family needs.
